2010 Legislative Outlook Luncheon Set For Tuesday, 12:00 Noon, November 3, 2009
The Talbot Chamber Government & Regulatory Committee is hosting a 2010 Legislative Outlook Luncheon on November 3, 2009 at Scossa Restaurant. The Waterfowl Festival takes place November 13-15 in downtown Easton, Maryland, off Route 50. United Fund of Talbot County's 2009-10 Campaign Off to Auspicious Start
"The year has begun auspiciously," Ann Jacobs, United Fund of Talbot County Executive Director announced, with contributions of $200,880 received to-date, 40% of its 2009-10 $500,000 goal. State/Local Fiscal Task Force Holds First Meeting
In the shadow of large and growing state budget deficits, the Joint Legislative Workgroup to Study State, County, and Municipal Fiscal Relationships held their first meeting last week.
