Director of Victim Services needed for non-profit to oversee the operations and supervision of case management, legal advocacy, hotline and other direct services to victims and survivors of domestic violence located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Position is based in Easton, MD. Minimum of a bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred. A minimum of four years of human services experience and five years of management level experience required. Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. Starting salary = $75,000 to $77,000.
