Theresa (Terri) Charest is an account executive for Benefit Solutions at the Easton office. She began as an account manager for Avery Hall in 2014 and was promoted to account executive in early 2017. Terri specializes in selling group employee benefits and works with employers to find plans that benefit both the employee and the employer. She is a National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) Certified Account Manager.

Terri was born and raised in Annapolis, MD and moved to Easton, MD in 1995. She has a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from the University of Maryland, College of Dental Surgery as well as a Bachelor of Science in elementary education from Salisbury University. Additionally, Terri is licensed in life and health insurance. Terri is a current member of the Easton Rotary Club. She is a past board member of Talbot Optimist Club. She has also served as a past Brownie Leader.

Marissa Clark is an account executive of Avery Hall Benefit Solutions. She joined our team at the Easton office in 2016. Marissa dedicates herself to staying current with the changes in health insurance to provide clients with the utmost support consistently.

Having grown up in Pennsylvania, she is a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan. Marissa and her husband, Tony, moved to Maryland in 2016 to be closer to family. They are looking forward to raising their family here! Especially since they love swimming and any place there is sun and sand.

Marissa and her husband, Tony, have two daughters and a son. She loves getting involved in her young children’s lives. Marissa has volunteered at her children’s preschool as well as her daughter’s dance studio.

Brandy Guy is an account executive with Avery Hall Benefit Solutions. She joined our team at the Easton office in 2019, with six years of industry experience under her belt. Brandy specializes in working with individuals and families to help them navigate the ever-changing world of individual medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term care insurance.

Personally, Brandy has been a volunteer for CASA of the Mid-Shore since 2017. She also currently holds a position on the communications board for the Eastern Shore Association of Health Underwriters.

In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family and her dogs. Their vacation to the Outer Banks will always be a special memory. One of Brandy’s biggest passions is basketball! She even coaches basketball for a local team. Her favorite basketball team is the Golden State Warriors, and she loves the film Coach Carter.

Dakota Kellermeyer is an account executive for Avery Hall Benefit Solutions in our Easton office. Dakota joined Avery Hall as an intern in the summer of 2020 before becoming a part-time team member. Later in 2020, he earned a promotion to his current position after his graduation.

Dakota focuses on working with businesses to establish group employee benefits packages that meet both the needs of their organization and the needs of their staff.

Dakota was born and raised in Caroline County and attended Salisbury University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a minor in Professional Sales. During his time with Avery Hall, he has obtained both his Maryland and Delaware Life and Health Licenses.

Cindy Whaley is the president of Avery Hall Benefit Solutions, Inc. and is based in Easton. She joined Avery Hall as vice president of Benefit Solutions and opened the Easton office in 1994 with only three employees. She became president shortly after the benefit solutions teams in Easton and Salisbury combined into one collective company in 2009. Her focus is sales, administration, and management of all areas of benefit solutions. She specializes in employee benefits for businesses as well as helping employers figure out a cost-effective approach to offering their staff the best benefits within budget.

Cindy currently resides in Denton, MD with her husband Dave. They have two grown sons who live and work in Salisbury, MD. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, quilting, reading, and completing Sudoku puzzles.
