About Us

Pines Nursing + Rehab is a skilled nursing facility owned by Key Health Management, in Easton MD, offering Sub-acute rehab, Long-term care, Respite and on-site dialysis. We work with local hospital, home health, hospices and physician practices to help patients transition into the post-acute setting seamlessly and effectively to help them reach their goal; whether that be to return home, or get strong and become a LTC resident with us. Our care is individualized to meet our patients’ s varying needs and designed to exceed the expectations. Our goal is to provide hope and healing by helping those individuals achieve their highest level of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Our trained, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff will help your loved ones feel comfortable and happy in our home and will provide outstanding service to you and your loved ones.

We care for people of all ages and all faiths who require intermittent care, continuous care, rehabilitation, and other services, so that they can live, flourish, and look forward to every day.
