The Dixon House, Inc. is an assisted living facility located in the historic district of Easton, Maryland. Founded in 1889 by a group of five women, "The Home for Aged Women" was built for the sole purpose of providing care to female elders in the community. It became a non-profit in 1943 and since 1984 has operated under the name The Dixon House and care for men as well as women needing services. Today, The Dixon House is one of the oldest non-profit organizations in Talbot County. Our mission is to provide high quality and affordable assisted living services to seniors in an enriching home-like environment.
